SHOW ANNOUNCEMENT - FOAMO - FRIDAY, JULY 2nd at PAWN SHOP!!

The poster says it all - ELECTRO!  DUBSTEP!!  Are you ready for the ultimate Easy Love party with FOAMO?

Flying all the way from the U.K. to play two shows in North America, this is truly going to be a night to remember at The Pawn Shop.

You’d honestly be hard-pressed to go out without hearing at least one of his productions, the most popular probably being his remix of La Roux’s Bulletproof:

Since he came onto the scene about two years ago, Foamo has produced hit after hit on top producing incredible remixes for the likes of Major Lazer, Laidback Luke & Diplo, Drop The Lime, Mystery Jets and many, many more.  Never one to remain stagnant, Foamo’s sound has definitely evolved as hes delved into the world of dubstep on top of his signature electro sound.  If his May 2010 top 10 is anything to go by, expect some of the heaviest dubstep tracks to round out what will definitely be one of the most electrifying performances we’ve had the pleasure of hosting!

Tickets start at $10 and are available at Foosh and Blackbyrd Myoozik, both on Whyte Ave (click for directions).  This first batch is extremely limited so act now!  After that, advance tickets will continue to sell for $15 while tickets at the door will be $20.  Considering past shows at the Pawn Shop, this show is expected to sell out once again so don’t hesitate to get your tickets while they’re still available!

For more on Foamo, check out his MySpace to listen to a collection of his tracks.  Until then, we look forward to catching up with you at The Starlite Room on June 19th with Smalltown Romeo!

P.S. Big thanks to our designer for the poster, Colin Spence.  Check out his website and Facebook group!
